Washington Monument holiday card

Description

A card featuring the artwork of Betty Wells that depicts a crowd viewing the lights illuminating the Washington Monument in Mount Vernon Place, Baltimore, Maryland. A tradition since 1971, the Washington Monument is decorated in lights in December to celebrate the holiday season.
