Grant Funding

SOCIETY OF CINCINNATI GRANT

This grant applies to the Colonial Maryland onsite program. It provides free admission for up to 45 students and $300 toward transportation costs. Teachers must book transportation. MCHC will either reimburse the school or pay the bus company directly. No application process; grants are automatically applied when available.


Bus Grants

MCHC offers a variety of grants providing bus funding based on location and Title 1 status. Grants will be applied automatically, if applicable and available.

Delaplaine Grant

This grant applies to Allegany, Frederick, Washington, and Garrett counties for any Traveling Trunk. It provides one free trunk and covers necessary shipping costs per school while grants are available. No application process; grants are automatically applied when available.


Society of Cincinnati Grant

This grant provides one free Revolutionary War Traveling Trunk and covers necessary shipping costs to any Maryland school while grants are available. No application process; grants are automatically applied when available.

Delaplaine Grant

This grant provides any Virtual Field Trip program for free to schools in Allegany, Frederick, Washington, and Garrett counties. No application process; grants are automatically applied, as long as funding is available.


Society of Cincinnati Grant

This grant provides a free Grab Your Haversack Virtual Field Trip to any Maryland school while grants are available. No application process; grants are automatically applied when available.
